ARSENAL Airsoft Store sells airsoft goods, accessories, consumables, spare parts, new goods, used goods and goods supplied by special order. Goods are intended for sports and recreational airsoft use only and must not be used unlawfully, for threats, intimidation or imitation of criminal activity.
Age restriction
Orders are available to persons aged 18 or older, or to persons purchasing with the consent of parents or legal representatives.
Orders, payment and delivery
Orders may be placed through the website, phone, Telegram or other official communication channels. Available payment methods may include cash in the store, cash on delivery and online card payment via WayForPay. Delivery may be provided by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or pickup from the physical store.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law and the Ukrainian-language policies published on the website. New goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, if unused and if their commercial appearance, consumer properties, packaging, labels, seals and documents are preserved. Used goods and special-order goods may have individual return conditions agreed before purchase.

Personal data may be processed to place and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, process payments, communicate with customers, keep records, analyze website performance and comply with legal obligations. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider; the website does not store full card details.
